Data engineering

Pipelines that reconcile, with lineage you can show an auditor.

The problem

What usually brings people here.

Two systems disagree about the same number and both have a defender in the meeting. The pipeline that produced one of them was written by someone who left, runs on a schedule nobody chose, and fails quietly by writing yesterday's figures again.

What we do

How the work actually runs.

Pipelines that reconcile, with lineage you can put in front of an auditor: where each number came from, what transformed it, and when. Failures are loud and idempotent, so a rerun is safe. We start with the one number the business argues about most and work outward from it.

How this runs

Design, develop, refine.

01

Design

Two to four weeks. We scope with the engineers who will build it, so the estimate comes from the people held to it.

02

Develop

Two-week increments, demoed to you, shipped behind flags. You see working software in week three, not a status deck.

03

Refine

The squad stays. Lead time comes down, the backlog gets shorter, and the same people know why every decision was made.

Proof lives on the work page.

We publish numbers per engagement, cleared by that client, rather than per service line. What is written up there is what we are allowed to show.

You will get a reply from an engineer, not a form handler. If we are not the right firm for it, we will say so and tell you who is.
